Angie Harmon, an American actor and model who was featured on a variety of television series and movies throughout the years. Initially she worked as a model for professional use, but once she achieved international recognition, she made her foray into acting. Her acting career began in 1995 when she appeared in the television show "Baywatch Nights". She also does voice-acting and voiced the animated movie "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon stopped appearing in TV shows and focused on movies during the first half of the 2000s. The return to TV acting programs came after several films. The year 2008 was the time she was among of the only actresses who posed discreetly naked in a magazine called 'Allure.' The character of the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most famous work in the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. As Detective Jane Rizzoli, she's been well-received and received recognition. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her exceptional performances, but did not win any awards.
