Ashley Graham was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. Ashley Graham faced constant bullying at school because of her huge thighs. Growing up, she had two sisters. The career of Graham grew rapidly after she proved the doubters to be wrong. In 2007, she had an interview with Sally Singer of "Vogue" magazine. It was one of her first major breakthroughs. The following year, in 2009, she was a guest in "Glamour's" "These Bodies Are Beautiful at Any Size". Making the headlines once more, Graham starred in a controversial Lane Bryant ad that was eventually banned across a variety of nations; the commercial was viewed by more than 800,000 views by the time it was taken off YouTube. The controversy grew to the point where Graham was a guest on Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." Graham became well-known and the most sought-after plus-size women in the world today. Grande began singing and performing in her teens. In 2008, she was offered part in the Broadway show 13, and she soon was appearing in bits on television shows. The part she played in Victorious which was a Nickelodeon TV show, in the year 2010 was her first big breakthrough. She played Cat Valentine, a teenager who attends a performing arts college. She appeared in Sam & Cat, a spin-off television show which aired from 2013 to 2014.
